I've moved a load of stuff into the wiki[1]. I think we should  
encourage people to move TAP discussion away from the Perl QA wiki if  
possible - to put it into a language neutral space.

Tomorrow I'll try to track down people who are implementing TAP in  
languages other than Perl and get them interesting in contributing to  
the wiki and joining this list.
