Perfectly understandable.  I, for one, am extremely grateful at how
well you've taken up the slack.  To be fair, I also feel a bit guilty
for it.  I've been trying to offload some projects I've been involved
with (with limited success, I might add) because I'm doing too much and
I think the TAP::Parser is quite possibly the most important out of all
of those projects (er, after Grant Committee work.  Maybe.)
