The objection is that embedding a TAP parser into a TAP generator
potentially raises the bar to an unacceptably high level. However,
since all we need is *core* tap, I've a 40 line proof of concept:

That's how easy this is. So far only Michael Peters has spoken up
about this idea (he points out the issue of return codes). I'd like to
hear the opinion of others.
