[tap-l] Vote for list creation (Was: Test Anything Protocol as an IETF draft/RFC)

Yep. Let's see if we can move this along... I propose the following 
(please give +1/0/-1 votes/vetos to each point):

1. We have IETF (Lisa/Chris) set up a mailing list for TAP draft
    development, preferrably something with "tap" or
    "testanything" as part of the name.

2. Those of us interested, join the list and start writing an initial
    draft, good enough to be presented at the fall 2008 IETF meeting on
    November 16-21 (Hosted by Google in Minneapolis, MN, USA.) We'll figure
    out the details on how to do this on the new list.

3. If you'd like to nominate someone for chair, then give your vote here.
