[tap-l] Test Anything Protocol as an IETF draft/RFC

There's a concensus for this (at least among the votes last week.) Can you 
can set up a list for us right now (preferrably something with the words 
"tap" or "testanything" in it,) or do we have to do something else first? 
(e.g. decide upon a charter or have specific roles filled.)

On a side note, I've set up an initial wiki page on testanything.org for 
notes about what needs to be done. Have a look, and if you know of 
something useful to add, feel free to go ahead. :)
