[edit] Some hints to TAP extenders

• Use the conventions in RFC 2119 to provide standard meanings to words such as "must", "should" and the like.

• /^#/ is a diagnostic (ie. a comment). This is really simple and unambiguous. Please do not try to wedge meaning into diagnostic lines.
